I’ll be honest — before working with Brandon, I knew absolutely nothing about wine. Choosing a bottle always felt intimidating, and I usually just picked something based on the label and hoped for the best. What immediately stood out was how comfortable and welcome he made me feel from the start. There was zero judgment, no overwhelming jargon, and no pressure to “know” anything. He has an incredible ability to explain wine in a way that actually makes sense to someone like me. Instead of making wine feel complicated, he made it enjoyable and approachable. He took the time to understand what I liked and helped me discover options I never would have chosen on my own — and every recommendation felt thoughtful and spot-on. You can genuinely tell he has traveled internationally and experienced wine at its source. The stories, insights, and little details he shares reflect a depth of knowledge that goes far beyond textbooks, yet he presents it in such an easygoing and relatable way. His passion is obvious, but what impressed me most was how focused he is on helping others feel confident rather than intimidated. I walked away not only with wines I loved, but with a much better understanding of why I liked them and the confidence to choose wine on my own. If you’re someone who feels unsure about wine or thinks it’s only for experts, he completely changes that experience. He makes wine fun, personal, and accessible — exactly how it should be.

I have worked with Brandon for a few years and have thoroughly enjoyed our partnership. From his initial review of my winery and tasting room, we became fast friends and he has since assisted my team with vineyard preparation and winemaking. The blend that Brandon crafted at our 2024 Wine Member blending event went on to become my ’24 Vintner’s Blend, which showcases Brandon’s ability to not only craft a beautiful wine, but to do so in a way that speaks to the winemaker’s vision and taste profile. Lastly, Brandon is also a great ambassador, utilizing my tasting room as a hosting place for many of his official meetings and introducing new customers to our wine and tasting room events.
